2.43: Seiin Koukou Danshi Volley-bu Episode 10 Discussion & Gallery
I have to say, the way Occhi broke his arm is probably the funniest I’ve ever seen. I mean, who the hell breaks a bone by getting below someone who’s falling as he did? I’m sure that the character would get a bruise or something, but breaking a bone? I find it hard to believe. It also doesn’t help that the animation was in slow motion. The fall became even smoother, making it even more unlikely for someone to get such a serious injury from that. But, hey! 2.43 Seiin Koukou Danshi Volley-bu needed to add something in there to make Subaru even more serious about going to the finals, right?
Other than that, episode 10 was able to impress me. Even though I knew that Seiin would start losing the game (because that’s how sports Anime works), the sets were somewhat close. It’s not like the enemy team seems to be so strong that you wonder how Seiin will win. I also enjoyed that Kimichika thought twice when he started playing all by himself again. It shows how the character developed and that he has strong feelings about going to the finals with everyone. That being said, his teammates did have the correct reaction for once. If he’s doing everything, it’s because they aren’t playing at their best.
The animation of the episode was also nice, and the volleyball plays were well executed. Finally, I wasn’t expecting Yuni to be out of the game due to a nosebleed, crushing the team’s spirit. I mean, the Anime is always saying that he’s the ace of the team. But for this game, he didn’t seem to be doing such a great job, as the episode focused more on him being blocked by the other team. But it’s funny how Yuni gets with a ball to his face and only gets a nosebleed when Ochi broke his harm like that, isn’t it? Did you enjoy 2.43 Seiin Koukou no Volley-bu? Tell me everything down below. ?
I’ll be adding new galleries throughout the season as new episodes come out. Enjoy! If you have a website and want to use one of my images, feel free to do so. I’ll be happy if you backlink to this article, but it’s not mandatory.
