Kai Byoui Ramune Episode 11 Discussion & Gallery

I already commented on the last episode that I love that Kai Byoui Ramune has given a few episodes to tell the story of how Toru met the doctor. Episode 11 finished the arc in a good way, making me all mushy-mushy inside. I mean, their friendship is just so heartwarming to watch – even if Toru always shows an aloof reaction to whatever Ramune does.

Still, the mysterious disease could have been better. It’s what makes more sense, considering Toru’s story. But the cure could very well have backfired. Supposedly, Toru is vomiting sand because of the stress caused by the character’s fear of telling his family that he’s able to see the mysterious and them not believing. That’s fine, but what would happen if his family just thought he was crazy. The stress of that would just make Toru worse, right? This way, I think t would have worked better if Toru had a strategy to heal himself. For instance, the cure would make more sense if it was just the act of telling their family regardless of their reaction.

Of course that Ramune was prepared to make Toru’s family see that he was telling the truth and that everything was solved in the end. At the end of the day, Kai Byoui Ramune always offers a perspective on how to solve something. So, all stories end up with a happy ending. Anyway, I loved the episode! Toru deserves his family support, and it was funny to see the other stupid guy being beaten up by the strongest family of this Anime! Did you enjoy Kai Byoui Ramune’s episode 11?
