Tatoeba Last Dungeon Episode 4 Discussion & Gallery

If you ever wondered how to make an Anime with an OP protagonist funny, I highly recommend watching Tatoeba Last Dungeon. It really is amazing! I mean, yes – the story has been quite fun so far, but even when we reach its first climax and big fight, I find myself laughing throughout the episode. I loved episode four, and Tatoeba Last Dungeon has become my go-to Anime when I need to relax for a bit.

First, we have the most oblivious (and cutest) character in the world – Lloyd. It might become old quickly for some, but I always laugh when he completely misinterprets a scene or thinks that he’s a weakling. For this episode, I was baffled when he came out with the story that Mertophan was drunk and wearing a weird costume. After all, he actually seemed serious for once, but I guess that isn’t a thing when it comes to Tatoeba Last Dungeon.

This formula of transforming a serious scene into a hilarious one doesn’t work only for Lloyd, though. The scene at the beginning where Roxy flees from the king after finding that he was possessed by the demon lord was pretty funny, as well. But the best part is yet to come. Amidst all of these jokes, the Anime actually planted a new seed of mystery. In this case, I’m speaking about the guy who Lloyd met in the middle of the street. They looked quite friendly, but Loly Grandma seemed quite suspicious. Goes without saying that this scene was enough to pick my interest for the next story arc.
