Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Episode 6 Discussion & Gallery
Wait – WHAT? It seems I was completely wrong about Mion and Shion being the same person! I really thought Mion was trying to hide her feminine side. So, it’s easy to understand that I was quite dumbfounded when I saw both characters in the same frame during Higurashi no Naku Koro ni episode six. However, that raises some questions. Since Mion and Shion are twin sisters, why isn’t the latter attending school? The village seems quite small and, considering that Keiichi’s class has students of different ages, it’s safe to assume that there weren’t enough children to have separate grades. In other words, it’s unlikely that there’s another school nearby where Shion could have been attending so far. Not sure whether this is explained later or not, but for now seems a bit strange.
Another question I have after watching episode six is whether Higurashi plot happens within various parallel worlds or goes back in time every time one of the main characters dies. As I guessed, the story was way faster this time around, and the main plot setting has already been explained to Keiichi. However, due to the unique turn of events, we get to watch a different side of the story, which will unravel a little more about this mystery. Truth is, for now, both options work – we didn’t see what Miyo and Jirou were doing during the festival in the last arc. This means that they could have forced their way inside the festival’s storehouse right off the bat. Honestly, I’m completely lost, and I’m loving it! 😀
There’s really not much more to be said. The episode explained things we already knew, after all. Still, I’m curious to see what the characters are going to find inside that warehouse. I’m guessing it’s not going to be pretty! Did you enjoy Higurashi no Naku Koro ni episode six? Tell me everything down below. ?

I’ll be adding new galleries throughout the season as new episodes come out. Enjoy! If you have a website and want to use one of my images, feel free to do so ? I’ll be happy if you backlink to this article, but it’s not mandatory ?
I completely forgot this new run was running. I really need to catch up, I think. Higurashi was always so much fun!
It’s been pretty interesting so far! 😀 Although if you watched the original, I think you’ll know what’s going to happen next, which takes a bit out of the fun 😛
Ah, but not if I’ve forgotten some of the twists and turns :p
