Horimiya Episode 2 Discussion & Gallery

I already liked Hori-san from the last episode, but Horimiya’s episode two just made me fall in love with her. I mean, she’s such a funny character to watch. Honestly, I thought she was going to be a little more serious MC, but after watching her doing the weirdest things to find Miyamura’s first name, she’s clearly the goofy type.

The scene I liked the most from this episode was (of course) when Izumi stood up for Hori and headbutted the student council president. He deserved it so much! And that girl, putting all blames into Hori – I hate her! That being said, I wasn’t expecting that Hori would have a bully background. Not sure if that makes much sense, considering how the character is at the moment. Even if the Anime tried to show that scene in a light manner, bullying is not a laughing matter. However, it’s true that some people tease their colleagues when their kids end up growing up and changing their ways. Maybe that’s what happened to Hori.

It’s amazing how Horimiya was able to make me like the MCs so fast, though. Not many storytellers are able to do this, but there’s something about the characters that makes them extremely likable. Did you enjoy Horimiya’s episode two? Tell me everything down below. ?
