Tonikaku Kawaii Episode 12 Discussion & Gallery

If I had to end the first season of Tonikaku Kawaii, I would do something very similar to this episode 12. It had a little bit of everything that makes Tonikaku Kawaii such a relaxing Anime to watch. First, we had some cute couple scenes with Nasa getting ill and Tsukasa nurturing him back to health. Not only it added some funny scenes (Tsukasa taking pictures because Nasa looks so ‘cute’ when he’s with a fever), but we also got a few hints to solve the mystery surrounding Tsukasa. I mean, she said she didn’t get ill, like never! So, I’m again back to the theory that she’s immortal. On top of that, we also saw some development when it comes to having a more ‘sexual’ relationship.

Although the rest of the episode continues to focus on Nasa and Tsukasa, the creators were able to add all the secondary characters in a somewhat smart way. I’m not sure how Chitose ended up helping with the fish game stand, but it allowed all the characters to interact with each other. Of course, this also means some more hilarious scenes. Overall, I enjoyed Tonikaku Kawaii season one a lot, and I’ll probably watch the second season right when it comes out. Did you enjoy Tonikaku Kawaii’s final episode?
