Beastars Season 2 Episode 11 Discussion & Gallery

Is there anything better than seeing Legoshi dressed as a female? That scene was so freaking funny! It was the perfect stress reliever that episode 11 needed since the Anime was on edge for the 20 minutes.

Of course, I’m speaking about the buildup surrounding Legoshi’s battle against Riz. I’m stoked about this fight! I imagine that Legoshi is going to be the winner, of course, but Beastars has shown that no secondary characters are completely safe. I mean, Pina gets eaten this episode! Honestly, I don’t really like the character, so it’s not like I felt sad about it or something. Still, being killed might a bit too much. The male sheep was just annoying, that’s all…

But let’s rewind a bit. I already thought about why it would be ok to eat bugs. Beastars answered that question at the beginning of this episode. Although the scene was a bit out of this world, it did show that bugs don’t have a conscience. Still, I loved how Legoshi realized that he wouldn’t be able to eat them regardless. Well, if I had such a strange dream after eating meat I would probably become a vegetarian as well…

Then, we have Legoshi’s character evolution. Or should I say devolution? Honestly, I think that his resolve to leave the Leos’ group is weak. His character transformation was also too soon. Even so, I can’t say I’m not happy about hearing Louis saying that he loves Legoshi (in a friendship kind of way, of course). I just can’t wait to watch the next episode!
