Majo no Tabitabi Episode 7 Discussion & Gallery

This time around, Majo no Tabitabi presented us with two small stories in just one episode. I’ll go ahead and say that none of them were exciting. Even though the plotlines were somewhat exciting, 10 minutes go way too fast. In other words, there wasn’t enough time to actually feel anything for what I was watching. Still, they were both enjoyable to watch, and I believe they would be the perfect bed-time stories to tell my kids (when I have them).

The first story was weaker than the second. Probably because when Elaina got there when the wall was already being destroyed – I felt there was more that could have been done with the plot. I mean, it’s quite interesting the idea that people from the village would write stuff on the wall and then proceed to delete it because they were ashamed of it or something like that.

The second story was also a dispute between two areas. In this case, two villages that produce wine. The story wasn’t that interesting, but we got to see Elaina stepping on grapes with devil eyes. Moreover, the scene where the witch gets drunk with only one glass of wine was pretty funny. Finally, I guess that I enjoyed this story more due to my Portuguese routes. The wine industry is quite big in Portugal, and we create one-of-a-kind wine called ‘Porto wine’, which is known worldwide. So, I know what’s the process of creating wine quite well. Though I have to say that it’s more exciting to step on grapes while dancing to popular music than shouting “Step! Step! Step!”. Did you enjoy Majo no Tabitabi episode seven? Tell me everything down below. ?

I’ll be adding new galleries throughout the season as new episodes come out. Enjoy! If you have a website and want to use one of my images, feel free to do so. I’ll be happy if you backlink to this article, but it’s not mandatory.

  1. The wine story was just fluff. It was just a small commercial dispute with some improbable comedy. I would probably buy “Devil’s Eyes Wine” if I saw some for sale.

The wall story had potential but they blew it. Made no sense that just chiseling graffiti off a thick stone wall would collapse it, even if done from both sides. Or that generations of bias would evaporate so quickly.

At first, the divided city made me think of East and West Berlin, or maybe Jerusalem, but nothing so dramatic.

Probably the least interesting ep. so far.
