Yakusoku no Neverland Season 2 Episode 8 Discussion & Gallery
Gotta love Yakusoku no Neverland’s season two pace. I’m joking, of course. At the beginning of this season, I said that the Anime was going too slow, where nothing interesting was happening. Now, at the end of it, everything is going full speed ahead. For instance, Norman’s being used as a test experiment could have easily been extended throughout several episodes. More than that, the way Emma and Ray found the two non-human eaters were far too quick, and the way they came to the village again were even faster. Honestly, this season two has been a shitshow to watch.
Sorry, I lost my manners there for a bit. However, it’s difficult to watch such a good story being wasted by bad directing. When it debuted, Yakusoku no Neverland became extremely popular. So, I don’t understand why the studio is rushing the story so much. They could have easily done an extra season, and people would be happy to watch it. So much potential wasted.
Even so, I did enjoy the village attack. Finally, we got some kind of dark vibes going – something that made Yakusoku no Neverland being praised so much by fans in the first place. However, if season one showed how scary it was to be a human in a demon world, episode eight showed that humans can be as vile as demons. Norman does seem to realize at the end of the episode that he went too far. Still, this transformation was way too fast for me to feel anything for him. It also doesn’t help that we haven’t watched what the demons made him deserve so much hate. I mean, there are vile humans in the real world, but that doesn’t mean people just want to eradicate the full species, right? Did you enjoy Yakusoku no Neverland season two, episode eight? Tell me everything down below. ?
