I really have no shame! This question is being harder to answer than favorite characters rofl. I went to the Internet and started to see my ratings vs. the general rating and I came up with my guilty pleasure. I loved this show, but in general people think of it has just average 😀
Natsuiro Kiseki
Now… I have seen this anime a long while ago, so my memory is a little fuzzy, but let us see if I can tell you the story in a decent way 😛
So the plot revolves around 4 friends that live in an agricultural town. In that town there is a superstition that if you get your close friends around this huge rock and all wish for the same thing, the wish becomes true. One day the 4 girls go to this rock as they use to do it since they were kids and ask for a wish at the same time, little did they know that it would really happen. With one of the girls transferring at the end of the summer, the girls spend their summer days making wishes and living a life of magic.
It is true that the story is not the biggest thing ever with a lot of plot twists and intrigue, but for a relaxing slice of life is more than enough. It is also refreshing seeing an anime that is only about friendship, yeah they fight sometimes, there maybe one or two episodes about their crushes (not 100% sure), but the center of it all is their friendship. Also, it really is pretty fun to watch, they are always getting in all sort of funny events because of their wishes.
I also love the visuals. They are pretty decent for a 2012 anime and since the anime happens in the countryside the environment is really bright with a lot of “green”. Other thing I love is, since it’s the summer you hear the cicadas singing throughout almost all of the anime. Don’t know why, but this sound just relaxes me and makes me happy 🙂
I know this is a small “review”, but it’s just for the challenge 🙂 In the future I’ll review it in a full post don’t worry 🙂 The anime is just a really heartwarming and relaxed anime to see, the kind of those that just make you feel comfortable and happy by seeing it ^.^
That’s all folks! Which is the anime you are most embarrassed of enjoying? Tell me in the comments below! 😀 Did you knew about Natsuiro Kiseki? If you did, do you love it or it is just “meh” for you? XD
Ooohohohhoho!! Looks interesting! Gonna check out that anime XD
If you like slice of life you won’t be disappointed XD
Hmmm there are a few embarrassing anime that I enjoy. Sometimes I’m more embarrassed by the fact that I literally squeed before every episode of Yuri on Ice haha!
ahahah I did that too, so I think we’re cool! Again, I don’t have shame at all, so probably we’re not! But… Who cares? xD
Never heard of this one before, but it’s always nice to have a guilty pleasure. I think mine is Blood-C. It was a very gory horror anime, that really had a bad storyline, but for some reason I really enjoyed it anyway ?
I watched the movie… But since I didn’t see the series (I only saw blood +) so I couldn’t understand a bit ahah if you like relaxing animes you should give it a go!
Haven’t heard of this one, I’ll definitely look into it 🙂
If you like slice of life I think you will love it xD
I do, I added it to my watch list on MAL. I’ll give it ago this weekend if I have extra time 🙂
Tell me what you think about it after watching them! XD
Will do!
